The West Linn Municipal Court office is open Monday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding legal holidays. Telephone hours are Tuesday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Traffic arraignment times are on Thursday at 9:00am (last name beginning A-L) and 10:00am (last name beginning M-Z). Non-traffic arraignments are at 10:00 a.m. Criminal arraignments are at 11:00 a.m. Pre-Trial Conferences are handled on Thursday afternoons at 1:30pm. Court Trials are held on 2:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
The Municipal Court staff can answer questions about the court schedule, base fine amounts and other administrative matters, however, they can NOT provide legal advice. If you need legal assistance you should consult an attorney.

You may make payment on a Municipal Court citation, including traffic tickets, on-line with your MasterCard or VISA credit card using CourtPaymentOnline. This is a secure on-line program where you can make credit card payments on-line from the convenience and security of your home computer. You can also make a payment by calling our office at 503-656-4263, Tuesday - Friday.
