1. Call to Order 2. Business Meeting a. Agenda Bill 08?08?32 PUBLIC HEARING – (AP-08-04) City Council appeal of Planning Director Approval of Water Resources Area Permit at 3955 Cedaroak Drive. Recommendation: Motion to continue hearing to a date certain. b.Agenda Bill ?08?08?33 Acquisition of property at 3955 Cedaroak Drive Recommendation: Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 2.901, authorize the West Linn City Manager to execute purchase of property owned by Annette Johnson identified as Clackamas County Tax Lot 2S 1E 24BB, Lot #202, approximately 13,500 square feet of vacant land located between 3915 Cedaroak Drive and 19075 Trillium Way on the north side of Cedaroak Drive. The authorized purchase price is $75,000 plus closing costs and a reimbursement of land use of application fees. The sale is to be contingent upon a satisfactory environmental analysis of the site. 3. Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660, if needed 4. Adjournment
