Biography:

Rory Bialostosky is a longtime resident of West Linn’s Willamette neighborhood. Elected to the City Council in 2020 at age 21, Rory is the youngest City Councilor in West Linn’s history and one of Oregon’s youngest elected officials. He believes strongly in the power of collaboration and working together to better our community.

Rory attended West Linn schools throughout his childhood, beginning at Willamette Primary School, continuing his education at Athey Creek Middle School, and graduating from West Linn High School in 2018. While in high school, Rory served as the public address announcer for the West Linn High School Athletic Department. After a brief stint in Washington, D.C. where he interned at the National District Attorneys Association, Rory returned home and began working at a small law firm in downtown Portland. He graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a BA in International Affairs in 2022. In the future, Rory intends to go to law school.

Outside of working to make West Linn a better place, Rory enjoys golfing, traveling, reading about the legal profession, paying attention to the news, walking his golden doodle, and spending time with friends and family.
