Burglary/Theft Claim Form

West Linn Police report that they have uncovered stolen property from over 10 Burglaries, 15 Vehicle Break ins, and 2 thefts from West Linn, Oregon City, Happy Valley, and other Clackamas County areas.

West Linn Police served a search warrant, with assistance from Oregon City Police and Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office detectives, at a residence on C Street in Oregon City where they recovered the large amount of stolen property.

There is still a large amount of recovered property that has not been identified to a specific crime or owner. If you are missing property from your home, vehicle or business, please review the recovered property photo files (volume 1 and volume 2) and submit the below form.

Officers are sorting through the recovered property and will contact potential victims within 30 days. We will use serial numbers, owner applied numbers and other unique characteristics in conjunction with the original police reports filed to reunite property with their owner(s).

The phone number for this case is 503-742-6000, do not call the general information number. Please provide the details of the theft, including the date of the theft, the police agency it was reported to, that agency's case number, and all of your contact information. Again due to the anticipated call volume we will return calls in that same 30-day period.
