In this class, we’ll explore the nutritional benefits of apples and how they may support heart health, help maintain healthy blood sugar levels, promote a healthy gut microbiome, and protect our cells from damage. You’ll learn what makes apples a nutrient-rich addition to a balanced diet and how to get the most nutritional value from this everyday fruit.

As part of the class, I’ll demonstrate how to make a delicious no-added-sugar apple chutney and share creative ways to use it as a flavorful condiment with a variety of meals.
