The City of West Linn, as a member of Oregon Records Management System (ORMS), provides access to public records through our digital archives at no cost. You may search for published records such as Ordinances (ORD), Resolutions (RES), Council, Board, and Committee Meeting Minutes, Agendas, and Historical Documents.

We also include the date in many document titles and always in a meeting title, dates are entered XXXX-XX-XX (YEAR- MONTH-DAY) so records will always sort in date order.
The use of a Wildcard * in searching will broaden your search. For example, when Chicken will produce no results, Chicken* will produce records containing the word chickens. See below for additional ways to search:

| Record Number | Not Recommended. Record number is available after you have found your document, you may want to note for the number for future reference. |
| Title (free text part) | Not Recommended. This search is an exact match search of the Title field for a record. |
| Date Created | Not Recommended. Date Created Is Subjective to Document Entry - Many Document Titles Include Dates. Search Title Word XXXX-XX-XX Date Format. |
