10th St. Interchange Streetscape Project
Design of streetscape improvements of the 10th Street interchange with I-205 along 10th Street from Willamette Falls Drive up to and including parts of Salamo Road and Blankenship Road. Design and construction of these corridors are funded in part by the 2018 GO Bond in addition to storm, water, sewer, road, and SDC funds. For the construction of Phase 2A visit PW-23-03

Status Updates
For the construction of Phase 2A visit PW-23-03
4/18/2022 - Subsurface soil investigation scheduled for May 2-3rd.
4/11/2022 - Design amendment approved by Council
7/21/2021 - 90% design is anticipated in November.
7/19/2021 - City has received 60% design plans and review comments from ODOT.
6/25/2021 - Design is ongoing and City is waiting for final ODOT design review comments.
5/22/2021 - Design is ongoing and City is waiting for final ODOT design review comments.
4/15/2021 - City Council approved the Desitgn Review and Coordiantion Services agreement with ODOT for the interchange project.
2/22/2021 - The City has received an ODOT IGA for Design Review and Coordination Services. This agreement will go to Council on April 12th for review and approval.
2/19/2021 - The proposed roundabouts designs for the I-205 ramps previously presented to City Council are pending approval from the State Traffic Engineer and Region 1. Once approved the project will shift from Planning to Project Delivery.
1/25/2021 - City is waiting on design comments from ODOT.
11/10/2020 Final design and review is ongoing.
9/16/2020 - Council work session presentation on 9/21 regarding current design.
7/30/2020 - Staff is meeting with ODOT regarding configurations at highway off-ramps, 8th St. and Willamette Falls Drive.
