Willamette Neighborhood Mixed Use Transitional Zone Changes

The City currently has 30 properties zoned Willamette Neighborhood Mixed Use Transitional Zone (MU).
After receiving a request to re-evaluate the allowed uses in the zone from the City's Economic Development Committee, the City Council appointed the Mixed Use Working Group to make recommendations on the following topics:

1. To review and update as necessary the list of permitted and conditional uses in the Willamette Neighborhood Mixed Use Transitional Zone (MU Zone - Chapter 59)

2. Consider a definition of mixed use

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 6, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

City Council will hold a public hearing on July 9, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
