Community Development Code Text Amendment to Permit Special Use Areas on Three Specific City Owned Properties in the Office Business Center Zone
The proposal is to amend the City of West Linn Community Development Code (CDC) to allow special use areas for park purposes on three specific City owned properties. The properties are zoned Office Business Center (CDC Chapter 21).
The Planning Commission will hold a work session at City Hall on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at 6:00 pm, and a public hearing at City Hall on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 6:30 pm.
The City Council will hold a work session at City Hall on Monday, June 5, 2017, at 6:00 pm, and a public hearing at City Hall on Monday, June 19, 2017, at 6:30 pm.
