Wednesdays, May 3 - 24 from 4-5pm and Saturdays, April 29 to May 27 from 1:30-3pm

​Join Princess Grace and Princess Ashley, West Linn Old Time Fair Princesses, as they travel around the world! Explore different cultures with books, fun activities, and crafts.  Suggested for ages 3 and older.  Drop in the children's room to join!

Book Babies

Join us for a special storytime designed just for babies and their caregivers! This interactive program promotes early literacy skills through sharing books, songs, sign language, and rhymes. Afterward caregivers can socialize while the babies play.

Library patrons can suggest programs here. What specific program do you want the library to offer? Please provide as much detail as possible including what you want to learn from the program, targeted age group, etc. If you have a suggested presenter/instructor please leave their name and contact info.
Presenter Program Proposals
The mission of the West Linn Public Library is to engage, connect, and inspire our community and to be a resource for information, knowledge, and artistic and literary expression, providing the best in traditional services, new technologies, and innovative programs. Library programs are free and open to the public and are intended to support the library’s mission. Priority is given to educational and cultural programs. Scheduling of programs is done several months in advance. Programs are selected based on the needs and interests of the community, the suitability of the library's space, the availability of a time slot in the library’s events schedule, and the availability of staff to assist with the program. If you wish to propose a program please fill out the form below. Not all proposals are accepted.

Preschool Storytime

Join us for an interactive storytime designed just for preschoolers and their caregivers!  This program promotes early literacy skills by sharing books, songs, rhymes and movement play along with activities that support developing social skills.  For children ages 3-5 years.

Toddler Storytime

Join us for an energetic and lively storytime designed just for toddler and their caregivers!  This interactive program promotes early literacy skills with books, songs, rhymes and movement play.  For children ages 18 - 36 months.

This program takes place in the Community Room.  Please join us by entering the doors near the Main Entrance as the library doesn't open until 10am.

Toddler Dance Party with Micah and Me!

Saturday, May 20, 2017 @ 12pm

Join Micah and Me for a live music show featuring classics and original music! Young children are encouraged to dance, sing and even play along with their own instruments. Targeted for ages birth to 5.
