2025 Annual Report Form

Neighborhood Associations are requested to complete this annual report form by December 31, 2025.  Responses will be compiled and shared with the City Council and will be used to help guide ongoing Council priority setting. Prior year reports are available here if needed for reference.

Applicable only to Neighborhood Associations receving grant funding. In accordance with the NA Grant Policy approved by Council, please provide a detailed accounting of grant spending in 2025 and information on planned spending for 2026 and into the future. Fourth Quarter Town Hall

The Fourth Quarter City Council Town Hall will be held on Thursday, Dec. 7 at 7pm at the West Linn Police Department Community Room. This meeting will be an opportunity to share your ideas with the City Council on what you would like to see accomplished in 2018.

Councilor Sakelik would like to meet with citizens at their proposed mutually agreed upon time.  He realizes many people have busy schedules with work, family etc and wants to be as flexible as possible to meet with you.
