City Council

As outlined in the City’s Municipal Code, workplans provide community advisory groups specific direction from the Council on where to focus their resources. The Council's Priorities are used as the guiding document for creating workplans, but CAG annual reports, CAG interests and current issues are also considered.

Citizen Advisory Groups and Neighborhood Associations are given the opportunity to report on their accomplishments and challenges for the year in addition to goals they have for the future. These reports are  provided to Council to inform their goals for the following year during the annual Council Goal Setting Retreat.
