On this page you can find agendas, videos, and minutes for the City’s public meetings. A list of City Council tentative agenda items can be found on the Tentative Agenda Items page.

Watch Meetings

Livestreamed meetings can be found in the uppermost box of this page. A “View Event” link will become visible to the right of the listed meeting once the meeting has started (it may be necessary to refresh your page for the link to appear). For Community Advisory Group meetings please check the agenda for details on how to watch meetings live. All recent public meetings are archived and available below for viewing or listening. Council and Planning Commission Meetings can also be watched live and on replay on local cable channel 30. Click here for video streaming help.

Written Comments

Submit written comments by email to City Council citycouncil@westlinnoregon.gov, Planning Commission askthepc@westlinnoregon.gov, or to the contact listed on the agenda or found here for other citizen advisory groups. We ask that written comment be provided before noon on the day of the meeting to allow Council, Commission, and Advisory Group members time to review your comments.

Providing Live Public Comment

Please check the meeting agenda for information on specific meetings. For Neighborhood Associations, please check the agenda or contact your NA officers for information on how to participate.

Virtual Public Comment: If you cannot attend the meeting in person and would like to speak live at a public meeting by videoconferencing software or by phone, please complete this webform by 4:00 pm the day of the meeting to receive an email invitation to join the meeting. If you miss the deadline and would like to speak at the meeting, please fill out the form and staff will send you a link as time allows.
