PA-25-01 Proposed Design Review and Water Resource Area Permit at 18825 Willamette Drive

Pre-application conferences provide Applicants the opportunity to discuss their proposals with staff prior to formally applying. The conference is intended to inform Applicants about submission requirements, approval criteria, and site development considerations. The City of West Linn and the community are collaborating on VISION43, a bold plan to revitalize land use along the Highway 43 corridor over the next 50 years, focusing on creating a sense of place and local identity, ensuring safe crossings, promoting vibrant commerce, and establishing pedestrian networks and enhancing neighborhood connections. 

Highway 43 Businesses are invited to share perspectives on current land use and future goals for the Highway.
