City of West Linn Robinwood Neighborhood Association (RNA, RN to be used for Robinwood Neighborhood) Monthly Meeting Minutes Tuesday, 02/10/09 Kevin Bryck, President, called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Scott Sandie, RNA Treasurer was absent, but it was noted that the City had paid the church $180 from RNA funds for use of the meeting space through September 2009. The January 2008 RNA meeting minutes were unanimously approved by a voice vote with corrections regarding Clean-up Day and the Streets Committee report by Curt Sommer. A Motion was made by Randall Fastabend, seconded by Kathleen Conroy and passed by unanimous voice vote that the RNA sponsor a Take Care of Oregon project to remove invasive plants and replant native plants on the trail from Cedaroak School to Nixon Av. Due to a power failure, the meeting was truncated after brief announcements and discussions. Items Discussed Council and Planning Commission business, including the Erickson property annexation. Park Signs, paid for in part by RNA funds, installed at MSYoung Park. Bob Stowell reported that the By-Laws Committee had met for the first time, with no specific progress to relate. HWY 43 Task Force discussion slated at Council work session. Don Kingsboro voiced concern about the upcoming Cedaroak Boat Ramp improvements and proposal to move the ramp location within the Cedar Island Park. Meeting adjourned at 7:27 PM.
