2. Approve July 24, 2007 Minutes – Brian Eastman.
3. Treasurer’s Report – Jim Koll.
4. Committee Reports (Each report limited to 5 minutes):
a. Neighborhood Representative to applications conferences report, if any, Karie
Oaks.
b. Summer Party, Marylhurst Park – Bob Thorn – Set for Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007

5 Old Business:
a. Signage – Jim Koll
b. Marylhurst Neighborhood Plan Update – Brian Eastman
c. Marylhurst Park update – Frank Wesson, John Huntsman and Ken Worcester,
West Linn Parks Department
d. Discuss whether or not to amend the MNA By-Laws, regarding whether or not
the Association should invite, whenever possible, a land use applicant to make
a presentation to the Association at its monthly meeting. Then discuss what
position, if any, should the Association take regarding the land use partition
application at 19295 Suncrest Drive.
6. New Business:
a. Discuss whether or not to bring Ridgebrook Estates, the house at the Northeast
corner of Suncrest and Carriage Way, and the property immediately North into
MNA.
b. Disaster Preparedness Fair, September 15th, at the West Linn Adult Center.
c. Nomination of MNA officers at the September 25, 2007, meeting with the vote
to occur on October 23, 2007 meeting.
d. Discuss budget planning.
