Status Updates

11/14/2018 - Project is complete and closed out.

10/10/2018 - Project is substantially complete. Landscape restoration and planting remains.

08/08/2018 - 9 building permits have been issued so far for new home construction.

06/05/2018 - Plat recorded, building plans in for review.

04/09/2018 - Contractor wrapping up punchlist items prior to final plat approval.

03/05/2018 - Contractor is working on punchlist items for onsite construction.

12/18/2017 - Onsite paving is complete. Contractor plans to transition into the offsite improvements for Rosemont and Parker.

11/02/2017 - Streets are installed. City testing and acceptance of public utilities is pending.

08/31/2017 - Construction is underway and sanitary sewer is being installed. Offsite improvements (Rosemont Rd. and Parker Rd.) are currently under design review.

07/26/2017 - Initial erosion control inspection performed with corrections issued to repair torn sediment fence and add sediment fence along buffer approach to tree protection area.

07/05/2017 - DEQ 1200C Erosion Control Permit issued.

06/22/2017 - Public Improvement Permit issued; Performance bond required prior to start of construction.
