04/09/2018 - Project complete. Final plat has been recorded with Clackamas County.
03/05/2018 - Project substantially completed. Century Link pole to be removed prior to final completion.
12/18/2017 - Paving complete and Plat signed. Contractor is working on punchlist.
11/02/2017 - City is coordinating with contractor on testing of water, sewer, and storm utilities
08/31/2017 - Public improvements in the right-of-way have begun.
08/09/2017 - Erosion control measures in place; no work in the right-of-way yet.
06/12/2017 - Public Improvement construction plans approved; a performance bond will be required prior to construction in the right-of-way.
04/03/2017 - Public Improvement Permit issued.
