CFEC Metro 2040 Town Centers

Project Type:

The City has two Town Center areas identified on the 2040 Growth Concept Map. One in the Bolton Neighborhood commercial area and the second in the Willamette Neighborhood commercial area. The City will need to adopt the two Town Center boundaries and any associated zone changes or development code updates resulting from the requirements Metro establishes for adoption of Centers. The City must complete the adoption process by end of calendar year 2025.

West Linn Waterfront Vision Plan

Project Type:

The West Linn Waterfront Project is a community vision for 275 acres along the Willamette River from I-205 to the Willamette Neighborhood and the framework to implement that vision. The Vision Plan will guide changes to the transportation network, zoning, and development codes; and establish a financial plan to support investment in the area.

18850 Willamette Drive - Conditional Use Permit & Class 2 Design Review for a Car Wash

Project Type:

The applicant is requesting approval for a car wash facility.

The Planning Commission considered the application at a hearing on March 18, 2026.

The record was left open for written testimony until March 25, 2026 at 5:00pm. All parties can respond to previously submitted written testimony but not submit any new evidence until April 1, 2026 at 5:00pm. The applicant can submit final written argument by April 8, 2026 at 5:00pm.

PA-25-17 Proposed Redevelopment at 2111 Sunset Avenue
