The November 20th Planning Commission meeting is canceled. Instead, the Planning Commission will meet jointly with the City Council on November 18, 2024.

PA-24-20 Proposed 3-lot Minor Partition at 1470 Rosemont Road

Pre-application conferences provide Applicants the opportunity to discuss their proposals with staff prior to formally applying. The conference is intended to inform Applicants about submission requirements, approval criteria, and site development considerations. They are not intended as forums for public comments on proposals. Community members may attend the conference and ask staff questions about the West Linn Development Code and application requirements if time permits.
