WEST LINN - A draft copy of the West Linn term sheet for right-of-way use between the Lake Oswego-Tigard Water Partnership and the City of West Linn is now available. The term sheet represents West Linn's current perspective on negotiations with the Partnership. This document has not yet been reviewed by the Partnership or adopted by the Lake Oswego or Tigard City Councils. It is anticipated that this document will be refined and revised as negotiations continue.
In November 2012, the City of West Linn worked with CFM Strategic Communications, on a "community attitudes" survey conducted online. The results of this survey can be viewed in the attachment to this web page.
