About the 2020 Census

Respond to the 2020 census here.

The U.S. Census ensures critical federal dollars reach all Oregonian communities. It happens every 10 years and guides how $1.5 trillion dollars annually will be spent on roads, transportation, health care, housing, and so much more. Local governments use the census for public safety and emergency preparedness. 

When you participate, your data is confidential and federal law protects your census response. 2020 will be easier than ever to participate because you will be able to respond to the census online

Do you need help answering the Census Questions?

The Census Bureau has provided Information online about the census and how to respond in 60 languages. Additionally, you may call the Census toll-free phone number 1-844-330-2020 to get assistance in multiple Languages.

Although the library is closed, Library staff are availabe to answer questions you may have about the Census online questionaire. You can send an email to wlref@lincc.org or call and leave a message 503-656-7853, x5 and staff will get back to you as soon as they can.
