City Manager Annual Evaluation: Staff Comments
In accordance with the City Charter, Council solicits annual feedback on the performance of the City Manager, and considers this input in its evaluation of the City Manager (City Charter, Section 21).
The Council welcomes staff feedback through the evaluation form below August 5 through August 31. Information gathered from this annual survey is used to guide the ongoing success of the City Manager and our organization.
Results will be compiled by Admin staff and provided to City Council for their consideration during their annual evaluation process. The City Manager will also review comments submitted as part of the process.
You may leave your name or department as that provides helpful context to help make improvements, but you are also more than welcome to submit completely anonymously and not provide your name or department if that makes you feel more comfortable providing open and honest feedback.
