Fitness: Hip Mobility Foundations

Friday, November 14th at 10:30-11:30 |  Active LINCC Library Card Required for Registration   |   Free event

Discover the six ways your hips are designed to move — flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, and internal & external rotation. In this workshop, you’ll learn to Move Well through every direction, using guided movements that restore balance, strength, and freedom in your hips. Perfect for all levels, this session will leave you with a gentle routine to keep your hips happy every day! Taught by Wendy Bless, Certified Yoga Instructor & FRC Mobility Specialist. This is a single introductory class, this is not a recurring class. This class is for adults (18 years and older).
