*COVID-19 Update: Due to state restrictions on public gatherings, City Hall is temporarily closed to the public until further notice. The pre-application meeting will be conducted virtually via WebEx.  To attend the meeting, email the staff liaison. A WebEx invitation will be sent to you before the meeting. All requests to attend must be received before 8:00 am on the meeting day.
