Historic Context Statements

In 2006, the City worked with the Building History Inc. team to complete a reconnaissance survey update for the Willamette and Holly-Grove areas using the reconnaissance level survey methods developed by the Oregon State Historic Preservation Office. This included a review of existing survey data, field work including the recording basic architectural information for 111 properties in the survey areas, a preliminary eligibility assessment and a photograph of each property in the survey area, and the preparation of data for entry into the SHPO database.
