President, Julia Simpson; Vice President, Mike Selvaggio; Secretary, Elizabeth Hall; Treasurer, Elizabeth Rocchia Introductions Minutes, Julia Simpson Treasurer's Report, Elizabeth Rocchia New Business: Jessamyn Griffin of Siteworks Design will present a proposal for the exterior renovation of the Youth Music Project located at 2015 8th Ave. Chris Kerr, Economic Director for the City of West Linn, will present his "Cutting the Red Tape" proposal being considered by City council. Roberta Schwarz of the Savanna Oak NA will report on the latest efforts to preserve the last 5+ acres of the land adjacent to the Savanna Oak Park. Mark Buser will share plans for the Triathlon scheduled in the Willamette area in the next week. Old Business: Linda Neace and Julia Simpson will report on efforts to create a better West Linn Baseball Tournament season at Fields Bridge Park next spring. Updates on WNA signs and also street sign toppers, Elizabeth Rocchia? Centennial Celebration Plans, Linda Neace Plans for the September 11 meeting: Ken Warner from the City Parks and Recreation will speak on park issues. Todd Jones will speak about the Master Trails Plan.
