This project includes frontage improvements to the portions of Rosemont Road and Parker Road that front the Tanner Ridge Development. Project includes pedestrian, bike and street improvements including the City's first grade separated cycle track. This project is being coordinated between the City and the developer (ICON Construction).

Status Updates

04/09/2019 - Project is complete.

3/19/2019 - Project closed out. City is awaiting final asbuilts from developer. 

01/08/2019 - Project closed out. City landscape contractor has some minor work to finish planting.

11/14/2018 - City landscaper continues to work on final landscape plantings.

10/10/2018 - A few punchlist items remain, project is substantially complete. 

09/12/2018 - Major work has been completed. Punchlist items and restoration still needs to be completed.

08/08/2018 - North side of Rosemont complete including cycle track and sidewalk. South side still needs cycle track once the utility poles have been removed. PGE has removed their powerlines, just waiting on Centurylink to underground their overhead.

06/05/2018 - Rosemont Road will be closed 6/18-6/30 from Salamo to Wild Rose for concrete curb, grading and paving.

04/09/2018 - Construction ongoing. Paving to possibly begin on 4/9.

03/05/2018 - Contract awarded by Council. Contractor has begun improvements along Rosemont and Parker Rd.

1/3/2018 - Preconstruction Meeting held between contractors and City to discuss project details and timelines.

2/12/2018 - Contract to be reviewed by Council for approval of City funded improvements
