Shady Hollow Village (Willamette Commons)
Apartment complex development. This project is in collaboration with Willamette Commons LLC, and WDY Engineering Inc. The City of West Linn Engineering Department is providing full oversight with regards to project management and ongoing inspections within the right-of-way including erosion control.

Status Updates
01/14/2016 - Acceptance of public improvements issued. Project closed.
12/02/2015 - Curb and sidewalks have been poured. Contractor is working on final punch list and awaiting City's final acceptance of public improvements.
10/05/2015 - Sidewalk and ADA ramp forms inspected and approved. Concrete sidewalks poured in section along Highway 43 frontage.
09/03/2015 - Prepping for paving, saw cutting paving limits and connection points; locating and raising structures. Water Department to adjust meter to parks property. Contractor to backfill and compact.
07/20/2015 - Working on onsite Contech storm detention system. Excavated and placed large diameter corrugated pipe tanks in services and plumbing to storm main and flood control manhole.
05/28/2015 - Grading activities on Highway 43 frontage. Formed up headwall at storm outfall and poured concrete after forms were approved by the City.
05/13/2015 - Water department shut down service for abandonment of 2 services on Willamette Dr. New sanitary sewer manhole installed on Shady Hollow Way; installed lateral from Shady Hollow Village to new manhole.
04/13/2015 - Permits are approved and construction is underway.
09/18/2014 - Public Improvement engineering plan and construction permit under review.
09/03/2014 - Public Improvement Permit issued.
