08/08/2018 - Plat has been approved.
06/05/2018 - Improvements complete, waiting for developers to pay final fees.
04/09/2018 - Developers working towards completing punch list, items include SDC fees.
03/05/2018 - Property has changed owners since construction began. New owner has been provided with remaining punchlist items for completion.
12/18/2017 - Public Improvements have been accepted. City is waiting on maintenance bond prior to project closure.
11/02/2017 - Project is in process of close out. Contractor is working on punch list.
08/31/2017 - Utility infrastructure is installed; curb and gutter is completed. Paving to be scheduled once PGE conduit installation is complete.
06/26/2017 - City staff met with contractor on site to review ADA ramp requirements.
06/05/2017 - Excavating trench for conduits to street lights fronting Bland Circle.
04/12/2017 - Installation of 12' PVC storm main
04/06/2017 - Installation of storm laterals has begun.
03/20/2017 - Temporary access to Bland Circle Reservoir installed off Sunbreak Ln. Proof rolls on Tannler Dr. completed and inspected.
03/07/2017 - Excavation of pond/swale has begun and requires use of rock hammer due to rock soil conditions.
02/28/2017 - Demolition/tree removal and clearing of fallen trees. Phase 1 of erosion control partially installed. Inlet protection in place.
07/20/2016 - Construction plan review completed. Developer to submit performance bond before construction can begin.
04/05/2016 - Public Improvement application accepted
