Project will evaluate current conditions and provide future direction for the City’s sanitary sewer system. The master plan will provide capital improvement projects and priorities, system management and maintenance programmatic recommendations and costs, summary fact sheets and maps, operations and maintenance plans, funding needs/strategies, and shall meet all applicable state, regional, and local laws. Engineering modeling to assist in evaluating scope of specific problems, options, and developing sizing will be required.

 

Status Updates

09/2019 - Final Sewer Master Plan adopted by City Council. The final document can be found by clicking here.

07/18/2019 - Planning Commission recommended approval of Draft Sanitary Sewer Master Plan to City Council at it's July 17, 2019 meeting.  Draft Sanitary Sewer Master Plan to be presented to Council at a work session September 3, 2019.

06/12/2019 - The Draft Sanitary Sewer Master Plan will be discussed at a work session before the Planning Commission June 19, 2019.

04/02/2019 - Draft Sanitary Sewer Master Plan is attached below and available for public comment. Send written comments to: Erich Lais, Elais@westlinnoregon.gov. Comments must be received by 5:00pm on May 2nd, 2019 for consideration.

03/19/2019 - Sewer Master Plan presented to the UAB on 3/12/2019. Once draft plans are finalized they will be posted on the City's website for public comment prior to adoption. 

02/06/2019 - The Sanitary Sewer  Master Plan is anticipated to be presented to the Utility Advisory Board in March 2019.

11/13/2018 - The Sanitary Sewer Master Plan will be presented to the Utility Advisory Board this month. 

10/09/2018 - Project work in ongoing. Presentation to the Utility Advisory Board on Sanitary Sewer Master Plan is anticipated for November.

09/12/2018 - Project work is ongoing.

08/08/2018 - Project work by Consultant is ongoing. Presentation before Utility Advisory Board anticipated for this fall.

06/05/2018 - Project is ongoing.

04/09/2018 - Consultants continue to work on hydraulic models.

03/05/2018 - Consultants are working on hydraulic models.

12/15/2017 - Data collection is complete. Consultants are setting up hydraulic models.

11/02/2017 - Data collection nearly complete for setting hydraulic modeling parameters

08/02/2017 - Development of data collection list and review of data received; coordination with City's GIS coordinator on GIS data delivery.

06/13/2017 - Public Outreach Survey presented to Utility Advisory Board for feedback

05/08/2017 - Contract awarded to Brown & Caldwell

01/09/2017 - Brown & Caldwell selected to provide professional services for plan updates
