Status Updates

3/30/2023- Frontage improvements awaiting private utility pole relocation.

7/26/2022- Grading work and work to public improvements still underway

5/2/2022 - Onsite waterline needs relocated prior to final site grading

2/10/2022 - Stormwater and water main extension completed.  There will be no more road closure on Killarney Road.

12/20/2021 - Stormwater pipe installation underway on Killarney.  

10/01/2021 - Construction underway.  Existing house demolished.

9/01/2021 - Pre-construction meeting held.  Construction anticipated to begin soon.

7/14/2021 - Plan review in process.
