2 lot partition. This project is in collaboration with Monica Lorts and Sisul Engineering. The City of West Linn Engineering Department is providing full oversight with regards to project management and ongoing inspections including erosion control.

Status Updates

07/18/2016 - Construction is complete. Plat has been submitted for review and recording.

05/18/2016 - Public side of water service installations (main to meta stop) inspected and approved.

04/19/2016 - Final sanitary sewer inspection approved.

04/04/2016 - Replacement of existing sanitary sewer manhole. Reattached two laterals and mainline to new manhole.

12/04/2016 - Public Improvement Engineering plan review is complete. Construction is waiting on contractor's schedule to clear up.

10/09/2015 - Performance bond provided to City. Public Improvement plans still under review.

02/20/2015 - Public Improvement Engineering plan review underway.

01/31/2015 - Public Improvement Permit issued; no work in the right of way until developer provides performance bond.
