2025 Road Program
The 2025 Road Program will consist of resurfacing and selected road base repairs of Rosemont Road from Summit Street to Wild Rose Drive, Hidden Springs from Santa Anita to Bluegrass Way, Santa Anita above Rosemont, Upper Midhill from Arbor Drive past College View, Lower Midhill on the north of Midhill Park and Woodhill Ct. Work for the Rosemont and Hidden Springs sections will take place in the Fall 2025 and the Upper and Lower Midhill sections will be done in March 2026.
Status Updates
11/6/25- Crews awaiting weather window to stripe Hidden Springs Road and to do concrete work on Rosemont Road.
10/29/25- Paving of downhill lane on Hidden Springs taking place with uphill lane paved on 10/30.
10/27/25- Contractor awaiting weather window to grind and pave Hidden Springs from Santa Anita to Bluegrass Way.
10/23/25- Striping on new pavement completed.
10/15/25- Crews have prepared Santa Anita for paving above Rosemont Road on 10/16.
10/10/25- Weather permitting, Rosemont to be paved on 10/13. Also, the remaining asphalt at the Santa Anita portion of the project will be ground down and the ADA ramps at Hidden Springs will be poured.
10/8/25- Leveling paving taking place on Rosemont Road to create a smooth base for the top layer of asphalt.
9/26/25- The shoulders and bike lane at Santa Anita above Rosemont have been ground to expose the road base and determine the total area of reconstruction needed.
9/22/25- Crews have begun excavations to work on the road base of Rosemont. This work is expected to take most of the week.
9/18/25- New ramps are being formed with a pour expected on 9/19.
9/15/25- Crews are removing old crosswalk ramps to be replaced with new ADA-compliant ramps on Rosemont and Hidden Springs.
