This waterline replacement project generally consists of installing 3,600 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water line and 1,300 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water line. Permanent trench paving, hydrant installation, water service connections, surveying, and landscape restoration are also included. 

Status Updates

09/20/2017 - Project complete. Punch list items complete. Restoration for staging area at Robinwood Station is finished. 

08/31/2017 - Project is being closed out. Contractor will be wrapping up punch list items within the next week.

08/02/2017 - Construction wrapping up, equipment being removed from staging areas, site restoration taking place

07/19/2017 - Approved chlorination test

07/18/2017 - Approved pressure test

06/29/2017 - Installation of 1" water services on Kenthorpe. Excavation, pipework and backfilling taking place. All services to be installed by end of month.

05/23/2017 - 482 linear feet of 12" ductile iron installed on Old River and approximately 235 linear feet of 8" ductile iron installed on Kenthorpe Way.

05/01/2017-05/04/2017 - Tie into existing 10' ductile iron pipe on Hillcrest; install last 72 linear feet of 12" ductile iron going south toward Ridgebrook Dr. tie in location. Installation of 1" water services.

04/24/2017 - Installation of approximately 420 ft of 8" ductile iron water main on Valley View

04/17/2017 - Notice to Proceed

02/22/2017 - Notice of Award issued

02/13/2017 - Contract awarded to Oregon Underground Inc.

01/19/2017 - Project advertised for bid
