This street improvement project includes asphalt pavement removal and replacement, cement treated subgrade, concrete curb and sidewalk, storm sewer improvements, slurry seal, and pavement marking removal.

Status Updates

03/15/2017 - Final punchlist provided to contractors for close items. Project substantially complete.

1/30/2017 - Restoration activities in progress such as shoulder rock and compaction, grouting of new catch basins, setting basin tops to grade, etc.

1/23/2016 - Approximately 75 linear feet of 12" concrete storm pipe installed from new catch basin on Lower Midhill and Robinwood Way intersection south to Lower Midhill. Temporary hot mix placed on trenches within intersection.

11/16/2016 - Storm work in progress. 12" of pvc pipe installed from NE corner to NW corner of Robinwood Way and Lower Midhill.

11/04/2016 - Crews working to correct grade elevation on 9th and 10th St.

10/20/2016 - Cement treated subgrade compacted on Britton.

09/26/2016 - Subgrade prep taking place on 10th St.; base lift paving on Marylhurst Dr. complete.

09/22/2016 - Compaction of base complete on Marylhurst Ct., pavement repairs on Marylhurst Dr. almost complete. Northern repair areas being paved.

06/15/2016 - Contract awarded by Council to S-2 Contractors (lowest responsive bidder)

06/08/2016 - Bid Opening (3 bids received)

05/23/2016 - Advertisement for Bid published
