Miscellaneous Community Development Code Amendments
The Planning Commission will hold a legislative hearing regarding a recommendation to City Council on the potential adoption of Ordinance No. 1647 which proposes amendments to Chapters 2, 21, 24, 32, 55 and 85 of the Community Development Code.
The Planning Commission public hearing has been continued to June 15, 2016. Written testimony will be taken until 5:00 pm on June 14, 2016. There will be no testimony taken at the June 15 meeting.
The City Council will make a final decision regarding the Planning Commission recommendations following its own public hearing on July 11, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
