Applicant proposes an addition to an existing skilled nursing facility of approximately 6,000 sq. ft. as part of the ground floor at Rose Linn Care Center, 2330 Debok Road. The total area of addition/remodel is 6,000 sq. ft., however, overall, the project will result in new square footage of less than 3,000 sq. ft. or 8% of the current building area.
