19915 & 19803 Old River Drive Conditional Use Permit to Change from Church Use to School Use

Project Type:

Applicant proposes redeveloping the site and changing the use from a church to a school as part of a proposed phased development plan at 19915 & 19803 Old River Drive. The proposed school will ultimately have a two-story building constructed on the vacant northern portion of the site, a new/re-designed parking lot including vehicle and school bus accessways, outdoor recreation facilities, open space areas, pedestrian pathways and new landscaped areas. Design Review and two Variances are also required.

The Historic Review Board scheduled a meeting on September 18, 2018. Due to lack of a quorum, the scheduled meeting could not take place. The next scheduled Historic Review Board meeting is December 18, 2018.
