8th Avenue Rezone

Project Type:

The proposal is to amend the City's adopted Comprehensive Plan Map and the City's adopted Zoning Map. The City Council appointed Willamette Neighborhood Mixed-Use Transitional Zone Working Group recommended these changes as the current location of mixed-use zoning along 8th Avenue does not meet the locational criteria of the zone. This action will correct that mistake.
