Community Development Code Chapter 96 Street Improvement Construction Amendments

Project Type:

CDC Chapter 96 governs when street improvements are required for development. It is the intention of the Planning and Engineering Departments to clarify which types of development require street improvements, at what point those improvements must happen, and whether we should allow a fee-in-lieu of constructing street improvements. Clarifying these requirements will remove uncertainty for property owners and create clear and objective standards by which Planning and Engineering can evaluate development applications.

21400 Salamo Road Class1 Design Review for a Modification to a Wireless Tower at 21400 Salamo Drive

The applicant is proposing the expansion of a wireless facility located on top of Safeway on Salamo Road. The proposed project will add to and replace existing equipment and extend the height of the facility by approximately four feet.
