The primary purpose of the amendments to the Community Development Code (“CDC”) is to accomplish the following: 1. Specify exactly which types of development applications are required to hold pre-application conferences prior their submittal. This amendment does not represent any change to the City’s current or historical policies regarding pre-application requirements, it is intended to centralize the location of these requirements into Chapter 99 of the Code. 2.

MEETING INFORMATION

The Historic Review Board meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm in the Bolton Room at City Hall. HRB meetings are conducted in a hybrid format, with some Members, staff, presenters, and members of the public attending remotely via Webex and others attending in person at City Hall.
