Planning Consultation

The Planning Department offers 30-minute consultations to discuss proposed projects, answer questions, and outline any relevant development code regulations. These sessions are especially helpful for large or complex projects or sites with unique constraints or opportunities that may require additional research.

Consultations can be conducted in various ways: in-person, virtually, by phone, or by receiving written feedback only.

Pre-application conferences provide Applicants the opportunity to discuss their proposals with staff before formally applying. The conference is intended to inform Applicants about submission requirements, approval criteria, and site development considerations. They are not intended as forums for public comments on proposals.
