2425 Tannler Drive Class 1 Design Review for Soft Surface Trail in the White Oak Savanna Park

Project Type:

The West Linn Parks and Recreation Department is proposing to construct a 2000 linear foot by 5 foot wide soft surface (wood chip) trail in a City park known as the White Oak Savanna. The purpose of this trail is to delineate a safe walking route into and around the park that will also delineate areas of sensitive species and restoration efforts. Waterfront Industrial Area Advisory Design Guidelines

In 2010, the City prepared advisory design guidelines for the Waterfront Industrial Area. They are intended to provide guidance to rehabilitation and development in this area.

21500 Salamo Road Class 1 Design Review for Chase Bank Tenant Improvement

Project Type:

Improvements to existing 3,051 square foot tenant space for a bank. Work includes non-structural partitions, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Portions of existing storefront removed/infilled for two (2) exterior ATMs and other equipment. Link to Pre-Application Information
