Old Time Fair

Wednesday, January 17th from 6-7 pm at the West Linn Adult Community Center, 1180 Rosemont RD.

Students in the 8th grade, and family members, are invited to attend an open house to learn more about the West Linn Old Time Fair Court program, the application, the selection process, and to visit the current court members and their parents.

After careful consideration, the West Linn Ambassador Program will take a brief pause for the year 2025. This pause provides us with the opportunity to thoughtfully re-evaluate the program’s goals and structure, ensuring it continues to serve as a valuable leadership opportunity for our middle school youth. During this time, we will conduct a thorough program assessment and gather feedback from local stakeholders. This process will help us refine and strengthen the program, ensuring it remains an impactful resource for fostering youth leadership and community engagement.

Car registration opens at 9:00am
$20 entry fee per car.

Real judging with multiple categories. Awards will be given to the first and second place in each category.

Proceeds benefit local nonprofit organizations.

Schedule for the Shuttle bus:

Friday:  5:00-7:30 PM, 8:00-11:00 PM

Saturday:  12:00-3:00 PM,  3:30-7:00 PM,   7:15-11:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00-2:30PM,  3:00-6:00 PM

This year’s theme is “Celebrating Hometown Heroes”, and we’re proud to honor West Linn First Responders as our Grand Marshal.

Parade Route: Willamette Falls Dr. (11th–14th), 5th Ave (12th–14th), and 6th Ave (11th–12th) 

Road closures start at 9:30 AM | No parking in staging area starting 6:00 AM
