Our fifth annual Library Comic Con wouldn't be complete without a cosplay takeover of the library. The Comic Con Library Takeover welcomes everyone to wear their costume,  and enjoy a night of fun Lego Star Ship races,  fan rants, a comic book swap, prizes, and more!

Comic Book Swap: Leave a comic and take a comic in our Comic Book Swap!

Drive a Robot: Drive a robot with WLHS's 2B Determined FRC robotics team.

Fan Rant: Share your love for your favorite fandom with a Fan Rant! Take this chance to gush about your favorite series, character, and more. Have predictions for future episodes/the future? Want to explain some lore, or chat about something you would change? The stage is yours!

Lego Star Ship Blastoff: Build, launch, and race your very own LEGO® spaceship! Test your design skills, see how far your ship can travel, and compete for intergalactic glory in this fun, hands-on challenge for all ages.

Nerd Trivia: Think you know your fandoms, facts, and fun? From sci-fi sagas to comic book classics, test your brainpower in this ultimate trivia showdown. Bring your A-game (and maybe your cape) for a night of geeky glory and friendly competition!

Nerf Challenges: Ready, aim, fire! Test your skills with a series of Nerf target practice stations and fun, friendly competitions. Hit bullseyes, race the clock, and see how your aim stacks up against friends. All equipment provided, but you are also allowed to bring any unmodified nerf blasters.

Mark Fearing!: Book illustrator Mark Fearing will be doodling! You're welcome to stop by and doodle with him, as well as talk to him about his books.

Does this sound exciting but also overwhelming? We will have quiet rooms for use. You are also welcome to come and go as you please during the event.
