City Council is holding a special meeting on July 1, 2021 at noon to discuss an emergency declaration prohibiting all fireworks use in West Linn due to high fire risk. The City of West Linn and the Clackamas County Police Officers Association (CCPOA) are negotiating a collective bargaining agreement for July 1, 2021.
The City and CCPOA have agreed to alternating open and closed sessions*. Open sessions will be hosted by the City, and closed sessions will be hosted by the CCPOA. Open sessions will be held virtually as necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic. All sessions will be viewed by a member of City Council.
