Help us welcome our soon-to-hatch library chicks with the book that inspired it all: Chicken Story Time, written by Sandy Asher and illustrated by Mark Fearing. Mark will be at the West Linn Public Library to lead an all-ages drawing workshop on how to draw various animals – including chickens, of course! He’ll also be demonstrating his own artistic process and will be on hand to answer your questions.
In addition to illustrating the popular Chicken Story Time, Mark has written and illustrated a number of other picture books and graphic novels, signed copies of which we’ll be raffling off at the end of this fun event!
