Have you ever heard of the elusive and beautiful northern lights? Often a trip to Alaska is necessary to experience this nighttime phenomenon. However, scientists and astronomers are predicting that we may be able to witness the northern lights in Oregon in 2024.
Since the chances are still highly unpredictable, we thought we would make our own northern lights that we can enjoy at any time!
In this workshop, you will learn how to use chalk to create an ethereal northern lights piece of art. We hope you will join us.
Registration is required for each participant and opens 30 days in advance. Note that this class is limited to students in grades 5-8 only. And if you see "no time" available, the class is full and you will not be able to register. This class will be held downstairs in The Hollow. We look forward to seeing you!
