Do you have a passion for writing or reading, a desire to meet local authors, a half-written novel, love being the first to read something, or just always wanted to write? This group is a chance for amateur to professional writers to meet, discuss ideas, share tips, and critique each other's writing. Writing is deeply personal and we believe in being an inclusive and supportive group of friends and writers. Join us for a creative evening! No registration or commitment required, but please RSVP if you plan to come so you can be sent the material for the upcoming meeting. We meet on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month in the Community Room.
This group is led by Vanessa Fuss. Vanessa has a master's degree in Secondary Education with a focus in English and has taught writing and film at high schools and University of Nevada Las Vegas. She has been professionally published and most recently self-published.
